The toxicity of the ecosystem has increased recently as a result industrial wastewater loaded with organic contaminants, including methylene blue (MB), which exerts serious damage to environment. Thus, present work aims green synthesis silver nanoparticles (Ag-NPs) and evaluate their degradability notorious MB dye, well antimicrobial activities. Ag-NPs were synthesized by Cytobacillus firmus extract fully characterized UV-vis, TEM, DLS, XRD, FTIR. showed good antibacterial antifungal activities against Escherichia coli ATCC 25922, Enterococcus feacalis 29212, Pseudomonas aeruginosa 27853, Staphylococcus aureus 25923, Candida albicans 90028. Moreover, exhibited high biodegradability level (98%) dye after 8 h co-incubation in presence sunlight. Additionally, phytotoxicity treated dye-contaminated water sample germination Vicia faba compared non-treated solution. In conclusion, herein biosynthesized demonstrated its feasibility purification contaminated from microbes probability reusing purified for agricultural purposes.
