In this study, a novel hybrid nanostructure consisting of acid-decorated chitosan and magnetic AlFeO3 nanoparticles was fabricated. The provided stable biocompatible matrix for the nanoparticles. Various techniques including Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), X-ray diffraction patterns (XRD), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), vibrating sample magnetometry (VSM), specific surface area (BET), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy-dispersive (EDS) were used to characterize confirm successful synthesis nanostructure. newly prepared bio-nanocomposite (AlFeO3@CS-SO3H) effectively employed in biologically active 7-aryl[4,3d]pyrido[1,2a]pyrimidin-6(7H)one derivatives an aqueous medium, creating environmentally friendly process. desired products manufactured high yields (88–98%) without formation noticeable side products. This procedure offers numerous advantages, short reaction times, use green solvent, ability reuse catalyst significant decrease catalytic activity, easy separation using external magnet. minimal product indicate efficiency selectivity method, making it promising strategy sustainable production compounds.
