The oxalic acid complexation method and sulfuric heat treatment were used to synthesize the YMnO 3 (YMO) YMO-SO 4 2- (YMO-SO) photocatalysts. photocatalyst maintained crystal structure of YMO, but particle size increased slightly optical band gap decreased significantly. demonstrates a wide range light absorption capabilities, covering ultraviolet, visible near-infrared light. photocatalytic activity was investigated with ibuprofen as target pollutant. exhibits high ultraviolet (UV), activity. Experiments different environmental parameters confirmed that best catalyst content 1 g/L, drug concentration 75 mg/L pH value 7. capture experiment, free radical detection experiment mechanism analysis main active species hole superoxide radical.
