ABSTRACT The development of advanced nanocomposites has the potential to greatly enhance detection hazardous chemicals in environment. This research focuses on synthesizing and characterizing Nb 2 O 5 /MgO/Fe 3 address existing limitations offer sustainable solutions. X‐ray diffraction (XRD) study confirms phase formation crystalline nature with an average particle size 55 nm. Fourier‐transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy presence functional groups nanocomposite. UV–visible prepared nanocomposite reveals synergistic interactions among phases, leading a remarkable reduction bandgap (2.2 eV). Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) provides insights into surface morphology Zeta analysis charge −32.5 mV, indicating excellent stability. Photocatalytic studies show effective dye degradation at optimized catalyst concentration 20 mg 40 ppm solutions under UV irradiation. Furthermore, its porous structure high area contribute superior photocatalytic azo dyes efficient electrochemical mercury chloride dextrose 0.1 M HCl medium. Additionally, efficiency was evaluated for dyes, such as fast orange red direct green Systematic optimization variables including dosage, concentration, irradiation time significantly enhanced performance. results confirm nanocomposite's strong environmental remediation through organic pollutants sensing capabilities detecting substances, which make this versatile material impactful applications wastewater treatment sensing.
