The necessity of making reliable decisions is exceptionally important in the field sustainable development, particularly when evaluating management renewable energy sources. A thorough analysis becomes imperative complex decision problems where various factors influence outcomes. Multi-Criteria Decision Analysis (MCDA) methods have emerged as valuable tools for addressing such challenges, enabling decision-makers to navigate through conflicting criteria and make informed choices. Combined with sensitivity approaches, comprehensive assessments can be achieved, ensuring robustness decision-making processes. To increase reliability results, different aspects input data fluctuations should examined provide a broader view stability results. This paper proposes multi-dimensional approach assess source (RES) development selected European countries. By RES terms electricity consumption generation, study addresses key components development. It offers holistic perspective on result by analyzing five dimensions: comparative four MCDA methods, varying weights scenarios, probabilistic modifications, relevance identification, ranking stability. enhances providing insights policymakers prioritizing technologies. provided open-source implementation promotes transparency accessibility support systems.

Purpose: The aim of this study is to propose the Fuzzy Entropy based MARCOS method solve Multi Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) problem, which involves analyzing performance Turkish ports according quantitative evaluation criteria. Methodology: uncertainty criteria on different values they take at time periods. To overcome in study, importance levels were determined by method. Then, 11 port alternatives with a share over 1% transportation ranked their using Measurement Alternatives and Ranking Compromise Solution (MARCOS) Findings: According analysis results, most important criterion used container ports, that is, highest weight, “port area” criterion. value among Kocaeli port. This can provide more accurate level its use planning effective investments. Originality: research fills gap literature three ways: (1) Evaluatee application triangular fuzzy numbers panel data, will inferences about performanse selected (2) Evaluated weighting approach takes into account distances consisting real instead linguistic expressions, (3) An Entropy-based proposed for solving Multi-Criteria problem involving ports.

Teacher recruitment and retention remain critical challenges for education systems worldwide, with far-reaching implications educational quality institutional sustainability. Traditional approaches often fail to address the complexity of these issues, neglecting interplay multiple conflicting criteria inherent uncertainty in decision-making. This gap necessitates advanced decision-making frameworks that can effectively evaluate prioritize strategies improving teacher retention. To bridge this gap, study introduces a novel framework integrating intuitionistic fuzzy sets (IFSs) handle more effectively. The Entropy method is employed compute objective weights, while ranking comparison (RANCOM) determines subjective ensuring balanced consideration qualitative quantitative factors. weighted aggregated sum product assessment (WASPAS) then applied. validated through sensitivity analysis assess its robustness comparative establish superiority over traditional methods. results identify Golden Ticket Salary Plan [Formula: see text] as optimal strategy, achieving highest (0.3654), followed by (0.3487), (0.3485), (0.3400), (0.2976) (0.2707). order follows: text].
