Quantum computing offers transformative processing capabilities, particularly in data analysis. However, its adoption developing countries like Vietnam faces significant barriers, such as financial constraints, infrastructural limitations, and skill shortages. This study aims to determine analyze these barriers' impact weights evaluate rank potential solutions for overcoming the most critical barriers. proposes a multi-faceted approach integrating Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) methods, including Delphi Method (DELPHI), Trial And Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL), Combined Compromise Solution (COCOSO), Technique Order Performance by Similarity Ideal (TOPSIS), Multiplicative form of Multi-objective Optimization based on Ratio Analysis method (MULTIMOORA), alongside Spherical Fuzzy (QSF) set combination, especially QSF DELPHI COCOSO models, represents methodological contribution. Results indicate that Vietnam's primary barriers quantum are limited infrastructure, high costs, lack skilled workforce. Correspondingly, highly rated solution strategies cost reduction initiatives, investment training education programs, which should be prioritized considered remove These findings highlight need prioritize addressing issues facilities, human resources, resources. research bridges theoretical insights with actionable recommendations, providing comprehensive roadmap mitigating promoting integration into analysis landscape.

Sustainable cities are crucial in establishing effective waste management systems and minimizing environmental pollution. For to be sustainable, different aspects need considered, such as technological development, clean energy usage, efficiency. However, taking the most important actions is essential because of very high cost that will arise, this situation causes countries have budget deficit problems. In other words, there a significant for new study makes priority analysis with respect circular economy-based criteria smart cities. Accordingly, aims identify factors improve sustainable using novel decision-making model. Abstract Cryptocurrency adoption has gained significant attention across various fields owing to its disruptive potential and associated challenges. However, companies' of cryptocurrencies remains relatively low. This study aims comprehensively examine the factors influencing cryptocurrency adoption, their interrelationships, relative importance. To achieve this objective, we employ a Decision-Making Trial Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) approach coupled with network analysis tools. By adopting practical rather than purely theoretical one, our unique contribution lies in valuable insights derived from experienced Chief Financial Officers (CFOs) companies experience both traditional finance cryptocurrencies. Furthermore, blend analytical rigor industry expertise supports study's relevance, offering nuanced that are not only academically robust but also immediately applicable corporate landscape. Our findings highlight paramount importance safety transactions trust chosen platform for considering adoption. Additionally, criteria such as faster without geographical limitations, lower transaction fees, seamless integration existing systems, cost savings identified crucial drivers. Both DEMATEL reveal strong interconnections among criteria, emphasizing interdependence and, notably, reliance on transactional safety. causes effects indicates CFOs perceive company-led positively impact broader market.
