Fuzzy sets possess remarkable abilities in expressing and handling information uncertainty, which has resulted their widespread application various fields. Nevertheless, distance measurement between IFSs for quantitating differences levels of differentiation remained an open problem that deserves attention. Despite the development metrics, they either lack intuitive insight or do not satisfy axioms measurement, leading to counterintuitive results. To address these issues, this paper proposed a method based on Clark divergence, satisfies exhibits nonlinearity. Numerical examples demonstrate our effectively distinguishes different indicators, yielding more reasonable Moreover, when comparing relative results, demonstrated superior adaptability complex environmental decision-making, providing decision-makers with accurate confidential judgments. In numerical pattern classification tests, we achieve accuracy 98%, 40% increase computing time efficiency diversity improvement 35%. The algorithm designed will offer promising solution inference problems.

Abstract Deepening the integration of industry and education (IIE) in classroom teaching has important strategic significance for connotative development higher education. The quality assessment is an route to improve level IIE then promote talent training. Considering that picture fuzzy sets (PFSs) much more efficient comparison with at handling uncertainty decision-making problems, this paper firstly applies PFSs depict indeterminacy inaccuracy information (TQA) process. To begin with, related definitions are all profiled successively. Then, we attempt propose integrated method combined compromise solution (CoCoSo) Taxonomy (TM) handle TQA problem PFSs. In approach, define a new cumulative based on TM aggregate individual opinion into group opinion. We also develop weighting strategy CRiteria Importance Through Intercriteria Correlation approach (CRITIC) evaluate experts For this, novel generalized chordal (PF) distance measure considers marginal impacts degree refusal membership, which strong capacity differentiation. its superiority stability through some experiment comparisons. Again, final ranking presented CoCoSo Stepwise Weight Assessment Ratio Analysis (SWARA) method. Furthermore, apply case study demonstrate implementation newly proposed PF-CRITIC-SWARA-TM -CoCoSo results obtained from sensitivity analysis validate option “Dr. Tang” consistently achieves highest rank independent variations balancing factor weight criteria. Finally, implemented confirm robustness reliability suggested framework.
