The strategic objective of world climate policy is the decarbonization industries, aiming to achieve “net-zero” emissions by 2050, as outlined in European Green Deal and Paris Agreement. This transition entails increasing utilization renewable energy sources (RES) industrial consumption, thereby transforming economies from reliance on fossil fuels sustainable alternatives. However, this shift poses a significant challenge for many EU countries, with varying degrees success adaptation. paper investigates process decarbonizing industries analyzing trends adoption RES countries evaluating their progress toward targets. An Online Review-Driven Picture Fuzzy Multi-Criteria Group Decision-Making Approach for Evaluating the Online Medical Service Quality of Doctors

In order to further investigate the level of online medical services in China and improve experience patients, this study aims establish an review-driven picture fuzzy multi-criteria group decision-making (MCGDM) approach for service evaluation doctors. First, based on Aczel–Alsina t-norm t-conorm, normal operations involving a variable parameter are defined make corresponding more flexible than other operations. Second, two aggregation operators developed, properties discussed as well. Third, combined with review information China’s platform Haodaifu, attributes their weights obtained, which can model objective. Fourth, extended complex proportional assessment (COPRAS) method quality is proposed. Finally, empirical example presented verify feasibility validity proposed method. Exploring the Status Quo and Teaching Mode of College English Education in the Information Age

Abstract With the rapid development of information age, new technological means are constantly applied to field education and produce good results. This paper uses data mining algorithms extract analyze on college English explore how adjust teaching methodology. On basis improving inherent defects DPC algorithm, this determines clustering center through a scoring function, K-neighbor method form cluster backbone, proposes nearest-neighbor-based label propagation propagate labels their adjacent nodes complete mining. After analyzing current situation education, it was found that age group over 30 years old accounted for 77.6%, female teachers 74.6% total number teachers, with titles lecturer assistant professor 58%, 33% students were not too satisfied or dissatisfied content course. It shows team universities in province has shortcomings such as gender imbalance, insufficient young senior less than satisfactory courses, which need be improved several aspects.
