As society pays more attention patients, early intervention programs, behavioral therapy technological assistance emerged help improve quality lives. This paper aims propose an improved object detection algorithm based on analyze micro expressions patients. The data set includes 1358 face images built from 12 movies with method Cinemetrics. Through training testing model, overall precision rate has reached 0.9 mean Average Precision also significant improvement. result, model achieves good performance recognize emotions
