The
response
rate
of
immune
checkpoint
blockade
(ICB)
therapy
for
non-small-cell
lung
cancer
(NSCLC)
remains
limited.
Recent
evidence
suggests
that
obese
patients
are
more
likely
to
benefit
from
ICB
therapy,
however,
the
specific
mechanism
needs
further
research.
In
this
study,
we
found
anti-PD-1
was
effective
in
NSCLC
compared
normal
weight
and
verified
mouse
model.
Further
bioinformatics
analysis
indicated
glycolytic
metabolism
markedly
elevated
patients.
vitro
co-culture
experiment
showed
both
increased
glycolysis
tumor
cells
external
addition
lactate
promoted
T
cell
PD-1
expression.
And,
upregulation
related
monocarboxylate
transporter
1
(MCT1)-mediated
transport
subsequent

aforementioned

study
