Natural substances, especially those derived from plants, exhibit a diverse range of therapeutic benefits, such as antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, anticancer, and antimicrobial effects. Nevertheless, their use in clinical settings is frequently impeded by inadequate solubility, limited bioavailability, instability. Nanovesicular carriers, liposomes, niosomes, ethosomes, transferosomes, transethosomes, cubosomes, have emerged innovative phytochemical delivery systems to address these limitations. This review highlights recent developments vesicular nanocarriers for delivery, emphasizing preparation techniques, composition, applications, the future potential systems. Phytosomes, along with key advantages various are extensively described. Various vitro vivo characterization techniques utilized evaluating nanovesicular carriers summarized. Completed trials patents granted nanovesicles encapsulating phytochemicals designed systemic tabulated. Phytochemical via faces challenges low stability, active loading, scalability issues, high production costs. Additionally, immune clearance regulatory hurdles hinder application, requiring improved carrier design formulation techniques.

Abstract Yucca filamentosa is primarily used in homeopathy for treating gastric ailments, supported by its saponin content. Despite being exotic to India with limited availability, mother tincture widely accessible the country. Given these factors, assessing quality of medicines crucial. Therefore, alongside pharmacopeial standardization, a comparative chemical profiling study was conducted on tinctures sourced from plants grown (OM), those produced (IM), and manufactured abroad (AM). The parameters raw drug, such as loss drying, different ash values, extractive values various solvents, volatile oil content, were measured. Additionally, phytochemical screening drug solvents performed. Subsequently, physicochemical including organoleptic characteristics, sediments, total solids, ultraviolet–visible absorption spectra OM, IM, AM compared. Further qualitative high-performance thin-layer chromatography (HPTLC) analysis conducted. data reported first time. revealed significant differences. comparison three (OM, AM) highlighted substantial variations, underscoring need more rigorous biological evaluations.

Cell membrane-coated Nano-Liposomes (CM-NLPs) offer a promising approach that combines the advantages of both host cells and synthetic nano-liposomes (NLPs). This technique involves coating liposomes with red blood cell (RBC) membranes to enhance their functionality. In this study, novel carboplatin-loaded NLPs (CP-NLPs) were formulated using phospholipids (Soya Phosphatidyl Choline) cholesterol through thin-film hydration method, optimized 3
