Radiation enteritis is a common complication of radiation therapy in which the surrounding normal intestinal tissue damaged by ionising radiation, and there no standard pharmacological prophylaxis or treatment regimen available. Mesenchymal stem cell transplantation can be used for protection acute injury, but its therapeutic mechanism action remains unclear. To investigate protective effects autologous bone marrow-derived mesenchymal (ABMSC) on radiation-induced injury. A model radioactive was established dogs applying abdominal intensity-modulated at single X-ray dose 12 Gy. ABMSCs were transplanted into mesenteric artery with technology femoral puncture DSA imaging two days after radiation. Visual histopathological changes experimental observed. Different kinds cytokines from samples tested using Quantibody Canine Cytokine Array method. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) also to evaluate serum. The group showed significant improvements survival status compared blank saline groups. Histological observations revealed that former had lower histological scores than later (P < 0.05). Compared control groups, interleukin (IL)-10 monocyte chemotactic protein (MCP)-1 remarkable increase ELISA serum proved higher secretion target Our data suggest promotes recovery injury Beagle dogs. IL-10 MCP-1 might play an important role this process.
