Effective inventory management is crucial for businesses to minimize costs and maximize operational efficiency.This paper explored the optimization of resource allocation on Internet Things (IoT) improved developed an system using IoT Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) optimize allocation.In this paper, dataset that taken into consideration primary dataset, which collected from different locations with help WSN, temperature, humidity, stock mapping place where data allocated.Further, preprocessing done, then split as training testing data.Machine learning models, i.e., decision tree, random forest, regression model, ensemble model (combination model), are applied classify train data.The novelty research establishing employing combining machine models optimization, outperforming traditional approaches.The result metrics such Root Squared Mean Error (RMSE), Absolute (MAE), (MSE), Accuracy evaluate performance model.Experimental results obtained values RMSE, MAE, MSE 0.25, 0.0625, 0.625, respectively.Also, overall accuracy proposed would be 93.75%.The comparative analysis shows outperformed existing conventional in terms accuracy.
