Extensive benefits of biodiesel amalgamation with diesel engine have prompted several researches towards suitable optimization operating parameters production process. Ultrasonic reactors are acclaimed instruments in generating from raw oil. The contemporary research has varied the ultrasonic reactor for maximum yield aid artificially intelligent software’s. Eucalyptus oil combined ethanol and sulphuric acid were used as reactants to generate biodiesel. Prime input factors considered this study comprises reaction time, molar ratio, frequency, power temperature. study’s results analysed compared models created using hybrid prediction approaches including adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference system (ANFIS), response surface methodology (RSM) - genetic algorithm (GA). optimized by employing best conditions reactor, furnished ANFIS GA MATLAB software RSM Minitab software. All performed exceptionally well, performing slightly better RSME value 0.0017 while achieved a 0.0023. Combining precision ANFIS’s efficiency GA-optimization gives reliable thorough evaluation. Enhancing can decrease world’s fuel consumption reducing reliance on fossil fuels concurrently carbon footprint vehicles.

Published: Sept. 5, 2024

"Medical deserts" are areas with low healthcare service levels, challenging the access, quality, and sustainability of care. This qualitative narrative review examines how artificial intelligence (AI), particularly large language models (LLMs), can address these challenges by integrating e-Health Internet Medical Things to enhance services in under-resourced areas. It explores AI-driven telehealth platforms that overcome cultural barriers, increasing accessibility. The utility LLMs providing diagnostic assistance where specialist deficits exist is highlighted, demonstrating AI's role supplementing medical expertise improving outcomes. Additionally, development AI chatbots offers preliminary advice, serving as initial contact points remote also discusses enhancing education training, supporting professional workers regions. assesses strategic use data analysis for effective resource allocation, identifying provision gaps. AI, especially LLMs, seen a promising solution bridging gaps "medical deserts," accessibility, distribution. However, continued research essential fully realize potential addressing deserts.
