Building
livable
cities
is

research

largely
neglected
the
role
of
digital
infrastructure
in
construction

liveability

prefecture-level
China
from
2005
to
2021.

that

improve
by
enhancing
green
total
factor
productivity
technology
upgrading.

significant

convenience,
environmental
comfort,
safety
stability.

indicates
effect
moderated
economic
growth

Heterogeneity

northeastern,

regions
