Abstract 3D printing of high‐resolution scaffolds is a big challenge with Melt Electrowriting (MEW) due to the electrification polymer fibers in presence electric field, which causes electrostatic attraction among and induces jet lag during fiber deposition. These intrinsic process characteristics significantly affect accurate deposition small spacing. To address these challenges, an effective air pressure manipulation devised, controls Taylor cone dynamics, including its shape stability at range values, achieve diameters, thus minimizing trapped residual charges and, consequently, phenomena. As for lag, Extended Path Algorithm (EPA) proposed, suggests comprehensive strategy desired spacing while efficiently suppressing edges turns. For multi‐layer deposition, maintaining ambient temperature below 16 °C suggested, can reduce occurrence commonly observed defects scaffolds. This three‐way enables highly controlled achieving unprecedented 10 µm.
