Abstract The role of oncobiosis, characterized by dysregulated microbial ecosystems associated with cancer, has been increasingly acknowledged in promoting the metastasis and dissemination tumour cells. A comprehensive understanding complex interactions between gut microbiome metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC) presents promising avenues for development innovative therapeutic approaches centred around modulating to prevent or hinder spread. In this review, we aim provide a molecularly focused summary implications human metabolites initiation advancement mCRC. By elucidating these intricate mechanisms, strive establish foundation future research design novel interventions targeting combat devastating disease.

An unsustainable rate of resource production and consumption is evident in urban environments. The absence innovative approaches conjunction with the exponential urbanization expansion global population will inevitably result substantial environmental consequences. There are two emerging alternatives: circular economy (CE) metabolism (UM). integration these principles into novel methodology casts doubt on linear model contemporary economic systems, which includes extraction, production, utilization, disposal. In development a distinctive framework known as metabolism, current study has illustrated application principles. We design this to motivate planners decision-makers investigate, develop, supervise ecologically sustainable cities. Scholars from variety academic disciplines, intrigued by intricacies planning, design, administration, can foster interdisciplinary collaboration (CUM) region. To address research question, we implemented bibliometric analysis, involved examination 627 pertinent papers, utilizing R (R 3.6.0+) statistical programming language. results emphasize fundamental characteristics significance CUM management refuse. addition, findings underscore importance creating that incorporates political ecology, CUM, sustainability, dimension waste metabolism. It goal recycling informal sector strategy low- medium-income countries (LMICs).

Cognitive impairment in various mental illnesses, particularly neuropsychiatric disorders, has adverse functional and clinical consequences. While genetic mutations epigenetic dysregulations of several genes during embryonic adult periods are linked to cognitive the composition diversity resident bacteria gastrointestinal tract—shaped by environmental factors—also influence brain epigenome, affecting behavior functions. Accordingly, many recent studies have provided evidence that human gut microbiota may offer a potential avenue for improving deficits. In this review, we provide an overview relationship between impairment, alterations microbiome, periods. We examine how factors beyond genetics—such as lifestyle, age, maternal diet—impact composition, diversity, functionality consequently influencing performance. Additionally, explore microbiome signatures biomarkers predicting risk older adults. This article also explores roles nutritional deficiencies programming disorders perinatal period offspring, well promise microbiome-targeted therapeutics with effects prevent or alleviate dysfunctions infants, middle-aged adults, Unsolved challenges mitigating translation into practice discussed, lastly.
