Organoids have revolutionized the whole field of biology with their ability to model complex three-dimensional human organs in vitro. Intestinal organoids were especially consequential as first successful long-term culture intestinal stem cells, which raised hopes for translational medical applications. This article reviews of the original research published by Wu et al in World Journal Gastroenterology , delving into pivotal role gut microbiota pathogenesis Crohn's disease (CD). Insights were gained from fecal transplantation (FMT) mouse models, revealing intricate interplay between microbiota, mesenteric adipose tissue (MAT), and creeping fat. The study uncovered characteristics inflammation fibrosis MAT intestinal tissues patients with CD; moreover, through FMT model, it observed impact samples healthy those CD on symptoms. is complex, its etiology remains unclear; however, widely believed that dysbiosis plays a significant role. Recently, development application next-generation sequencing technology, fungi chronicity has deepened. editorial serves as supplement to who discussed advances related CD.

The intestinal immune system is the largest organ in human body. Excessive response to cavity induced by harmful stimuli including pathogens, foreign substances and food antigens an important cause of inflammatory diseases such as celiac disease bowel (IBD). Although great progress has been made treatment IBD some immune-related biotherapeutic products, yet a considerable proportion patients remain unresponsive or tolerant immunotherapeutic strategy. Therefore, it necessary further understand mechanism cell populations involved enteritis, dendritic cells, macrophages natural lymphocytes, steady-state tolerance IBD, order find effective therapy. In this review, we discussed role innate adaptive immunity development IBD. And relationship between disorders microflora crosstalk were also presented. We focus on new findings field T immunity, which might identify novel cytokines, chemokines anti-cytokine antibodies approaches for
