Lactic acid bacteria play a crucial role in maintaining the health of host’s gut microbiota. In this study, anti-inflammatory properties Limosilactobacillus reuteri LR20-6 and Lacticplantibacillus plantarum L272 were evaluated using mouse model diarrhea induced by Escherichia coli. We also investigated their effects on microbiota regulation. The results indicated that both could reduce inflammation inhibiting expression inflammatory factors IL-6 TNF-α blocking MyD88 NF-kB/p65 signaling pathways. Additionally, after intervention with these strains, relative abundance Lactobacillus was significantly increased. This suggested mitigate severity E. coli-induced enhance beneficial probiotics animals.

ABSTRACT In recent years, consumers have shown a growing interest in purchasing welfare‐friendly livestock products. Environmental enrichment has emerged as an effective approach to enhancing animal welfare. Based on this, this study aims investigate the effects of welfare housing systems incorporating environmental growth performance, meat quality, and intestinal health rabbits. Rabbits were assigned into three groups: Cage group (Cage), Pen (Pen), + material (PE). The exhibited lower average daily weight gain higher feed conversion ratio. However, color nutrient content leg muscles improved both PE groups varying extents. Furthermore, fatty acid β‐oxidation was elevated group, resulting reduced lipid deposition. Additionally, displayed altered cecal microbiota composition increased short‐chain acids content, contributing enhanced through activation G protein‐coupled receptors. conclusion, these findings suggest that two can improve quality health. This offers theoretical foundation for welfare‐oriented rabbit farming production healthier meet consumer demands.
