As the lifespan of many anchored slope reinforcements in China approaches its end, there is an increased need for secondary reinforcement. This study addresses interaction between new and existing anchors, a critical but challenging aspect. The introduces Anchor Rod Modified Newmark Sliding Block Method (AMNB), which enhances traditional (NSBM) by incorporating maximum anchor rod tension, dynamic tension changes, group effects. improvement prediction seismic displacement slopes with multiple anchors. AMNB method represents innovation stability analysis, as it first to integrate these interactive factors into unified framework. Validation through comparison established permanent calculations analysis three typical motions show AMNB’s effectiveness capturing behaviors under excitation. Additionally, numerical simulations using FLAC3D were conducted validate proposed method. results indicate that considering effects changes reduces predicted up 10% compared methods. aligns more closely simulation results. findings negatively impact forces, yield accelerations, displacements, leading lower tensions accelerations. This, turn, larger final displacements same conditions.

Parameter identification is of great significance for the postearthquake performance evaluation structure equipped with tuned mass damper (TMD). However, soil‐structure interaction (SSI) effects have not been considered in parameter TMD yet, which influence dynamic characteristics and seismic responses structures. This paper aims at proposing a framework identifying physical parameters soil‐structure‐TMD system. Firstly, accelerated particle swarm optimization (APSO) algorithm combined search space reduction (SSR) method. Then, frequency response function transmissibility are adopted output‐input input‐only cases, respectively, simplified mechanical model system employed. Next, measured used to identify considering SSI effects. Finally, effectiveness proposed method investigated, influences band noise pollution on discussed. The results show that strategy can accurately quickly. It worth noting high bands may lead estimation error, especially output‐only case.
