Achieving sustainable green building design is essential to reducing our environmental impact and enhancing energy efficiency. Traditional methods often depend heavily on expert knowledge subjective decisions, posing significant challenges. This research addresses these issues by introducing an innovative framework that integrates information modeling (BIM), explainable artificial intelligence (AI), multi-objective optimization. The includes three main components: data generation through DesignBuilder simulation, a BO-LGBM (Bayesian optimization–LightGBM) predictive model with LIME (Local Interpretable Model-agnostic Explanations) for prediction interpretation, the optimization technique AGE-MOEA address uncertainties. A case study demonstrates framework’s effectiveness, achieving high accuracy (R-squared > 93.4%, MAPE < 2.13%) identifying HVAC system features. resulted in 13.43% improvement consumption, CO2 emissions, thermal comfort, additional 4.0% gain when incorporating enhances transparency of machine learning predictions efficiently identifies optimal passive active solutions, contributing significantly construction practices. Future should focus validating its real-world applicability, assessing generalizability across various types, integrating generative capabilities automated

Road Traffic Accidents (RTAs) provide a substantial risk to both public safety and infrastructure within severe earthquake zones. This research aims thorough analysis of the many elements that contribute RTAs in area. Although on has been conducted numerous settings, there is lack localized specifically focused developing countries. Therefore, this study necessary address gap literature. Our focuses examining distinct issues are particular specific location. The objective customized solutions effectively reduce occurrence accidents. examine status RTAs, ascertain main factors contributing viable approaches improve road safety. A comprehensive data was undertaken, which included examination key highways, accident-prone areas, causes Insights were derived by use statistical analysis, hotspot mapping, categorization incidents. results revealed distressing roadway afflicted significant frequency accidents, even those occurring prominent thoroughfares. Excessive speed as primary factor, closely followed negligence recklessness. common factor seen these events insufficient enforcement traffic regulations. highlights several practical consequences. Firstly, it advised implement urgent actions such upgrading database, adoption contemporary management software, rigorous laws. establishment centralized database system crucial order enhance documenting Furthermore, cost-benefit provides justification for calming measures locations with high incidence implementation continuous awareness efforts clear legislative guidelines pertaining fatal accidents imperative promoting enhanced

The building sector is still criticized for its excessive energy use and negative environmental effects, even with significant improvements in recent years. It makes a major contribution to the world’s energy, waste, water use. This study investigates possible benefits of using Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology environmentally friendly methods. also seeks identify rank obstacles industry’s integration sustainability BIM. aims accomplish research objectives by means questionnaire survey approach. three primary categories associated BIM are social, economic, environmental, which correspond generally acknowledged elements sustainable development. provision centralized database that facilitates administration full lifetime, less material increased design efficiency have all been noted as key benefits. In industry, approaches shown be quite successful improving practices. does, however, point out few difficulties. number people degree has significantly, but there not enough qualified professionals necessary knowledge experience. Project managers skills needed oversee deployment successfully. They should able advice counsel clients other stakeholders on may maximize performance structures across their lifetimes make well-informed decisions integrating concepts into process.

Triple Bottom Line (TBL)-based project proposal evaluation is highly data-intensive. The above challenge elevated when considering the complex nature of construction projects. Emerging concepts, such as Building Information Modeling (BIM), provide a data repository that aids TBL-based evaluation. Despite national-level BIM mandates, there lack BIM-based TBL performance tools. Hence, this study developed plugin toolkit to automate water supply infrastructure projects by performance. This incorporates unique methodology integrates environmental product declarations, social life cycle impact, and costing. case revealed selected had superior while bid price was slightly higher (6.5%) than lowest-cost proposal. proposed method provides user-friendly tool for promotes implementation in industry.
