The widespread disposal of single-use masks has led to significant environmental concerns. This study investigated the effects incorporating shredded waste mask fibers (SWMFs) on compressive and flexural properties concrete. experimental design included four fiber volume fractions, i.e., 0%, 1%, 2%, 3%, with three different sizes fibers. influences these load-bearing capacity, deformation behavior, energy absorption concrete under compression flexure was examined. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) used analyze microstructure. results show that addition 1% SWMFs enhances mechanical performance, strengths 20.69 MPa 6.95 MPa, respectively, for B-sized Furthermore, incorporation discarded improved toughness material. In general strength requirements, a B-dimensional can be incorporated, which improve bending by 75% control group.
