A significant number of postpartum mothers are at risk experiencing perinatal mental health (PMH) due to various factors. The aim this study was investigate factors for PMH issues and explore the current implementation early screening in Mataram, West Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia. mixed-method study, cross-sectional ethnographic approach, conducted Babakan Public Health Center, Indonesia, from July August 2023. involved 33 analyzed seven potential factors: age, parity, age marriage, type childbirth, family, history adolescent disorder, disorder during pregnancy. An using in-depth interviews, utilized gain insights regarding screening, included healthcare workers: six midwives one nurse. Among analyzed, only a acted as high with an odds ratio (OR) 1.17 p=0.03. Postpartum depression (PPD) is one of main syndromes that affect around 17 percent women after pregnancy first months motherhood. Although numerous factors have been found to influence postpartum depression (PPD), no previous meta-analysis systematically explored whether it is affected by adverse childhood experiences (ACEs). This study aimed explore the of ACEs and their subtypes on PPD.
