Abstract The brain controls the nerve system, allowing complex emotional and cognitive activities. microbiota–gut–brain axis is a bidirectional neural, hormonal, immune signaling pathway that could link gastrointestinal tract to brain. Over past few decades, gut microbiota has been demonstrated be an essential component of plays crucial role in regulating most functions various body organs. effects on occur through production neurotransmitters, hormones, metabolites, regulation host-produced or synthesis metabolites by themselves. This affects host's behavior, mood, attention state, brain's food reward system. Meanwhile, there intimate association between exercise. Exercise can change numerically qualitatively, which may partially responsible for widespread benefits regular physical activity human health. Functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) non-invasive method show areas enabling delineation specific regions involved neurocognitive disorders. Through combining exercise tasks fMRI techniques, researchers observe higher functions. However, exercise's health via have little studied. article reviews highlights connections these three interactions, will help us further understand positive provide new strategies approaches prevention treatment diseases.

This study’s objective analyze emerging themes this domain through umbrella review, encompassing systematic reviews. research methodology was based on a structured process for conducting literature narrative using review PubMed and Scopus. Rigorous criteria, standard checklist, qualification were meticulously applied. findings include 20 reviews that underscore key research, particularly emphasizing significance technological integration, including pivotal roles fMRI AI. study also highlights enigmatic oxytocin. While acknowledging immense potential field, outcome does not evade significant challenges limitations. Intriguingly, there growing emphasis innovation AI, whereas aspects related healthcare processes, such as regulation, acceptance, informed consent, data security, receive comparatively less attention. Additionally, these Personalized Medicine (PM) represents promising yet relatively unexplored area within research. concludes by encouraging scholars focus critical health vital routine implementation applications.

Adolescents worldwide are increasingly affected by mental health disorders, with anxiety including Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD), being particularly prevalent. Despite its significant impact, GAD in adolescents often remains underdiagnosed due to vague symptoms and delayed medical attention, highlighting the need for early diagnosis prevention strategies. This study utilized data from Korea Youth Risk Behavior Web-based Survey (KYRBS) 2020 2023 analyze factors influencing adolescents. Using machine learning techniques such as Lasso Regression, SelectKBest, XGBoost, we identified key variables, behaviors sleep, smoking, fast-food intake, associated GAD. Predictive models using Random Forest Artificial Neural Networks demonstrated that XGBoost feature selection method effectively showed strong performance. These findings emphasize educational programs focusing on sleep management, smoking prevention, balanced nutrition reduce risk of adolescents, providing crucial insights intervention efforts.

Background Anxiety and depression are prevalent mental disorders. As modern society continues to face mounting pressures, the incidence of anxiety is on rise. In recent years, there has been an increasing breadth research exploring relationship between anxiety, depression, physical activity (PA). However, current progress future development trends unclear. The purpose this study explore hotspots in field, provide guidance for studies some reference clinicians. Methods We searched relevant literature Web Science Core Collection from establishment database August 15, 2023. CiteSpace, VOSviewer Bibliometrix Packages based R language were used analyze number publications, countries, institutions, journals, authors, references, keywords. Results A total 1,591 included analysis, field PA or consistently expanded. USA (304 publications), Harvard University (93 journal affective disorders (97 publications) journals that published highest articles, respectively. According keywords, students pregnant women, adult neurogenesis, Tai Chi groups concern, physiological pathological mechanisms, type interest, Conclusion experiencing ongoing expansion. Actively avoiding danger is necessary for survival. Most research has focused on the behavioral and neurobiological processes when individuals avoid alone, under solitary conditions. Therefore, little known about how social context affects active avoidance. Using a modified version of platform-mediated avoidance task in rats, we investigated whether presence partner attenuates conditioned freezing enhances learning compared to learned Rats spent similar percentage time during tone both conditions; however, rats trained conditions exhibited greater as well lower rates darting food seeking rats. Under conditions, observed higher levels females males, which was not present To gain mechanistic insight, optogenetically inactivated glutamatergic projection neurons anterior cingulate cortex (ACC) following training. Photoinactivation ACC reduced expression absence partner. photoinactivation delayed males but blocked females. Our findings suggest that mediated by ACC, regardless context, may be dysfunctional those suffering from trauma-related disorders. Furthermore, sex differences prefrontal circuits mediating warrant further investigation, given experience risk developing anxiety
