Abstract
Introduction:
Individual
differences
in
sleep-wake
cycles
give
rise
to
'morningness-eveningness'
or
'chronotypes'.
Chronotype
preferences
are
governed
by
internal
circadian
rhythms
and
influenced
external
cues.
The
assessment
of
chronotypes
is
essential
for
understanding
these
preferences,
the
Reduced
Morningness-Eveningness
Questionnaire
(rMEQ)
has
been
developed

purpose.

invariance,

rMEQ
scores
between
males
females.
Concurrent
validity
revealed
moderate
correlations

depression,
better
sleep
quality,
anxiety.
Conclusion:

demonstrated
adequate
adult
population.
CFA
results
model,
suggesting
that
measures
same
underlying
construct
as
original
version.
Overall,
appears
be
valid
reliable
tool
evaluating
morningness-eveningness
adults,
potential
applications

Abstract
After
reading
the
article
written
by
Wang
et
al.,
we
have
encountered
several
concerns
that
may
compromise
credibility
of
article.
There
are
some
factors,
such
as
changes
in
sleep
patterns,
glucose
tolerance
status,
and
use
hypnotics,
which
interfere
with
research
results.
Additionally,
design
pattern
could
lead
to
biased
outcomes.
Therefore,
writing
this
letter
recommend
further
should
take
these
into
consideration.
