Introduction Russian military’s incursion into Ukraine sparked the largest refugee crisis in Europe since World War II. As Ukraine’s neighboring country, Poland became primary destination for these refugees. Ukrainians staying under EU’s Temporary Protection Directive receive humanitarian support similarly to asylum seekers, but legal pathways, length of stay and integration processes differ significantly as provides more immediate, collective protection without complexity individual applications. The influx war refugees generates extremely complex situations that health personnel, especially nurses, must face on a daily basis. Aim Identify whether what extent emergence large number patients with war-related experiences constituted source stress how Polish nurses coped this issue. Materials method A cross-sectional study was conducted December 2022 Białystok, Poland. It included 473 certified working hospitals affiliated District Chamber Nurses Białystok. Results average level among moderate, nearly equal proportions experiencing low, medium, high levels. who had contact last six months and/or helped them, did not present an increased - contrary, lower. at work often planning strategy stressful situations, less frequently reacted using humour, religion, denial or venting. Objective This study investigates the relationship between media usage patterns and anxiety levels, specifically examining how different profiles influence across various demographic groups. Methodology A total of 11,031 respondents from 120 cities China were classified into three profiles—Traditional Media-Dominant Users, New Omni-Media Users—using Latent Profile Analysis (LPA) based on their frequency. Demographic covariates excluded during initial profiling to ensure analysis focused solely patterns. Multiple linear regression analyses then conducted examine types levels. The COVID-19 pandemic has presented significant challenges to mental health worldwide, exacerbating symptoms across various populations. This meta-analysis aims evaluate the relationship between social support and symptoms, specifically depression, general anxiety, stress, during pandemic. We conducted a comprehensive literature search that identified 210 studies involving total of 216,104 participants. Data were analyzed using robust variance estimation with random effects assess correlations while also examining potential moderating factors such as age, gender, sample types. Our analysis revealed negative correlation overall ( r = −0.259; 95% CI: −0.29, −0.24; p < 0.01).
