Abstract Producing energy storage electrodes with exceptional performance using pseudocapacitive materials presents significant challenges. This study introduces a binder‐free, economical, and scalable method for the synthesis of thin film ruthenium oxide (RuO 2 ) suitable symmetric supercapacitors through electroless deposition. The influence annealing temperature (373, 473, 573, 673 K) on electrochemical is investigated. RO‐573 electrode demonstrated an impressive specific capacitance 1006 F g −1 at scan rate 10 mV s . Additionally, laminated quasi‐solid‐state device has been developed, showcasing remarkable 198 , ultrahigh density 59.01 Wh kg power 2.4 kW laminated, symmetric, supercapacitor demonstrates stability over 10,000 cycles, achieving retention 92%. characteristics design render them highly appropriate real‐time applications in advanced systems.
