Background and objective The continued prevalence threat of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) have been reported, evidence suggests that several people still get infected with the virus. Gaining a thorough understanding patient demographic factors laboratory findings could contribute to assessing severity, mortality, progression COVID-19. In light this, current study aimed evaluate characteristics, findings, outcomes confirmed COVID-19 patients at tertiary hospital in Kingdom Saudi Arabia (KSA). Methodology We collected data spanning period 2020-2021 from electronic health records Al-Noor Specialized Hospital, Ma including demographics (age, gender, nationality), severity (i.e., ICU admission), length stay, parameters. Results observed an overall mortality rate 10.2% (338 3,307 patients). was significantly higher males (n=210; 62.1%) aged more than 70 years (n=91; 26.9%). Patients blood group O comprised 131 (29%) 338 non-survivors, followed by those A (n=85; 25.1%) B groups (n=79; 23.4%). among 63.3% (n=214). Furthermore, following showed abnormal mean values terms patients: hemoglobin (HB) concentration, white cell (WBC) count, lymphocyte count (LC), C-reactive protein (CRP), creatinine (CREA), uric acid (UA) levels.
