We sought examine how increases are related changes factors. this longitudinal, observational study, we included adult participants a clinical-community emergency assistance program New York City from July 2020 November 2021. Program staff measured validated six-item measure at enrollment six-month re-enrollment. Participants factors (vegetable, fruit, juice, sugar-sweetened beverage (SSB) consumption frequency). used multivariable regression associations between over six months. Among 310 participants, the mean score improved by 1.7 ± 2.3 points unadjusted models, each point improvement was increased vegetable (β = 0.10 times; 95% CI: 0.05–0.15); fruit 0.08 0.03–0.14); juice 0.05–0.15) consumption. adjusted results remained significant for consumption, but juice. Change or SSB cohort during COVID-19, Randomized trials that effectiveness of partnerships focused on improving nutrition warranted.
