Controlling bioaerosols has become increasingly critical in affecting human health. Natural product treatment the nano form is a potential method since it lower toxicity than inorganic nanomaterials like silver nanoparticles. This research important for creation of bioaerosol control system that effective. Nanoparticles (NPs) are gradually being employed to use bacteria as nonantibiotic substitute treating bacterial infections. The present study looks at nanoparticles' antimicrobial properties, their action, impact on drug-opposing bacteria, and hazards connected with operation agents. aspects influence nanoparticle conduct clinical settings, well distinctive features mode action antibacterial assistants, thoroughly examined. Nanoparticles' cells presently accepted by way introduction oxidative stress induction, metal-ion release, nonoxidative methods. Because many concurrent mechanisms against germs would necessitate multiple simultaneous gene modifications same cell protection evolve, developing resistance NPs difficult. review discusses function microbes presents comprehensive discussion bioaerosols: origin, hazards, prevention. state art dependent upon personal protective gear these bioaerosols. benefit utmost significant categories metal nanoparticles agents given consideration. novelty this depends properties (a) (Ag), (b) zinc oxide (ZnO), (c) copper (CuO) value-added discussed, physicochemical characterization pharmacokinetics, including toxicological danger they pose people. Abstract Nanotechnology is one of the most important and relevant disciplines today due to specific electrical, optical, magnetic, chemical, mechanical biomedical properties nanoparticles. In present study we demonstrate efficacy Cuphea procumbens biogenerate silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) with antibacterial antitumor activity. These were synthesized using aqueous extract C. as reducing agent nitrate oxidizing agent. The Transmission Electron Microscopy demonstrated that biogenic AgNPs predominantly quasi-spherical an average particle size 23.45 nm. surface plasmonic resonance was analyzed by ultraviolet visible spectroscopy (UV–Vis) observing a maximum absorption band at 441 nm Infrared Spectroscopy (FT IR) used in order structurally identify functional groups some compounds involved formation have activity against pathogenic bacteria Escherichia coli Staphylococcus aureus , identifying zone inhibition concentration 0.225 0.158 µg/mL respectively. Moreover, compared extract, exhibited better higher therapeutic index (TI) several tumor cell lines such human breast carcinoma MCF-7 (IC 50 2.56 µg/mL, TI 27.65 µg/mL), MDA-MB-468 2.25 31.53 colon HCT-116 1.38 51.07 µg/mL) melanoma A-375 6.51 10.89 µg/mL). This fact great since it will reduce side effects derived from treatment. addition, revealed photocatalytic dyes congo red (10 –3 M) 5 min malachite green 7 min. Additionally, degradation percentages obtained, which 86.61% for 82.11% green. Overall, our results first time biogenerated are excellent candidates environmental applications.
