Ensuring equitable access to health services is crucial for public welfare and social equity, a key objective of the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). However, existing datasets often define hospital accessibility using travel time hospitals in geographic dimension only, without considering supply (hospital capacity) demand (population distribution) dynamics. To overcome this limitation, we developed validated national-scale 1 km map both China. We used Gaussian two-step floating catchment area (Ga2SFCA) model calculate accessibility, incorporating capacity service population. Various file types statistical indicators are provided, making dataset highly accessible non-specialists. The fills gap publicly available nationwide data China can serve as critical tool optimizing resource allocation developing targeted strategies improve healthcare equity.

2-phenylchromen-4-one, commonly known as flavone, plays multifaceted roles in biological response that can be abundantly present natural sources. The methoxy group naturally occurring flavones promotes cytotoxic activity various cancer cell lines by targeting protein markers, facilitating ligand-protein binding mechanisms and activating cascading downstream signaling pathways leading to death. However, the lipophilic nature of these analogs is a key concern it impacts drug membrane transfer. While lipophilicity crucial for efficacy, excessive effects flavonoids reduce water solubility hinder transport target sites. Recent vitro studies suggest incorporation polar hydroxyl groups which form hydrogen bonds stabilize free radicals may help overcome challenges associated with while maintaining their essential properties. Naturally coexisting methoxyflavones, this review explores synergistic role hydroxy moieties through bonding capacity maximizing cytotoxicity against lines. physicochemical analysis revealed potential intramolecular interaction favorable electron delocalization region between both improve levels. Together, provides useful strategy structure-activity relationship (SAR) flavonoid distinct suggesting optimal functional positioning achieve balanced lipophilicity, effective bonding, simultaneously minimized steric hindrance specific types.

Flavonoid rutinosides, a group of bioactive compounds in Anoectochilus roxburghii, contribute greatly to the plant's beneficial effects on human health. However, glycosylation mechanism flavonoid rutinosides A. roxburghii remains unclear. In this study, two efficient and selective glycosyltransferases, AUTG25 AUTG23, involved biosynthesis narcissoside, major rutinoside were identified through transcriptome analysis functional validation. could regioselectively catalyze 3-O-glucosylation isorhamnetin produce 3-O-glucoside, while AUTG23 further 6"-O-rhamnosylation generate narcissoside. Both exhibited high positional sugar donor selectivities catalytic reaction. Homology modeling site-directed mutagenesis showed that H20, E83, E385, F143 E280, E89, D188, W327, D369, Y191 may be critical for their functions. Transient expression Nicotiana benthamiana finally confirmed possesses flavonol-3-O-glucosyltransferase activity has flavonol-3-O-glucoside (1→6) rhamnosyltransferase activity. This study clarified provided candidate UDP-dependent glycosyltransferase genes narcissoside roxburghii.
