Anemia,
a
global
health
concern,
significantly
impacts
children
and
adolescents,
impairing
their

nutritional
deficiencies

analyzed
6815
participants
aged
≤20
years
to
investigate
association
between
dietary
flavonoid
intake
risk.
Flavonoid

assessed
via
two
24
h
recalls,
defined
using
WHO
hemoglobin
thresholds.
Multivariable
logistic
regression
restricted
cubic
spline
(RCS)
models
were
employed,
adjusting
sociodemographic,
dietary,
lifestyle
factors.
The
results
showed
that
lower
associated
increased

groups
of
total
flavonoids
flavan-3-ols
linked
reduced
prevalence
compared
low-intake
groups,
