Middle-aged older adults face issues require instant advice support. Electronic (EH) applications have emerged facilitate middle-aged receiving support instantly while remaining their The present study empirically evaluates intention adoption electronic with technological attributes perceived compatibility, cost, product value, technology accuracy, privacy motivation among from Malaysia. Moreover, this research examines mediating effect adopt EH between applications. This uses cross-sectional method employs an online survey assemble quantitative data 298 Malaysian adults. It utilizes partial least squares structural equation modelling analysis. analysis reveals that privacy, value significantly influenced apps. Furthermore, shows apps mediates relationship perception personal However, insignificantly instigates adoption. Finally, presents its implications, limitations future directions.

Mobile Health (mHealth) technologies are transforming healthcare by making it more accessible, efficient, and patient-centric. This study investigates the factors influencing Millennial’s mobile health adoption intention (mHAI). We propose a research model based on integrated of Unified Theory Acceptance Use Technology—UTAUT belief model—HBM. A cross-sectional was carried out employing purposive sampling to enlist Generation Y (born between 1981 1996) 220 valid questionnaires were collected. employed structure equation modeling partial least square (SEM-PLS) along with artificial neural network (ANN) importance–performance map analysis (IPMA) analyze our model. The findings revealed that performance expectancy is most influential factor, while effort showed no significant association mHAI. Theoretical managerial implications offered expand literature digital studies, indicating how providers in developing countries can attract their potential users.

The outbreak of the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) led many individuals to utilize digital devices, including smartphones, minimize in-person activities. How pandemic brought about a long-term impact on smartphone overuse is still unclear owing mixed results previous studies. This prospective study investigated whether levels increased over three years after COVID-19 outbreak. Recruited through research marketing company, 86,827 Japanese adults were deemed eligible take part in this and responded outcome measures other related use COVID-19. Data collection occurred before December at six subsequent time points between first Japan 2022. Contrary hypothesis, growth model analysis (GMA) revealed downward trajectories all measures: Smartphone Addiction Scale, Short Version, GMA d = -0.13; overuse, -0.14; negative consequences from -0.23. A complete case suggested robustness these effect sizes. Moderators declines included spending less money purchasing new apps stronger beliefs not having contracted As turned online platforms during outbreak, high reliance technologies, once perceived as pandemic, may have become necessary preventive against resulting diminished overuse.

Purpose This paper aims to improve input-output utility and business benefits (consumer satisfaction purchases) of 24h pharmacies, avoiding them quitting this humanistic project due higher costs unstable returns. Design/methodology/approach In light, takes online reviews on multiple e-retail pharmacies from May 20, 2021, March 12, 2024, as research data explores the insights configurational effects pharmacy empathy under different types drugs, time periods cities with method combining texts mining fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis. Findings The results show that e-pharmacy includes responsiveness, perseverance, attitudes convenience. combination can enhance consumer purchases in ways (four configurations three purchase configurations). interaction drug service responsiveness perseverance be a “panacea” awaken consumers' gratitude or forgiveness. Besides, spatial heterogeneity indicates strategy metropolises more earns customer loyalty based emergency medication ordinary cities. Originality/value provides an optimistic trajectory empirical evidence for 24 continue meaningful but risky spatio-temporal context by employing strategy. Meanwhile, it offers feasibility mixed integrating textual research.
