Abstract
In
this
work,

address

conflicting
results

in
literature

firms
are
more

sustainable
than
nonfamily

ABSTRACT
Building
on
upper
echelons
theory,
this
study
posits
that
political
ideology
serves

a
foundational
factor
influencing

CEOs
prioritize
environmental,
social,
and
governance
(ESG)

education

contextual
moderates
