Purpose Green innovation, digitization and sustainability have attracted considerable attention in recent years due to their transformative potential organizations. This study, grounded the resource-based view, explores intricate relationship among green entrepreneurial orientations, sustainability-oriented circular economy, employing knowledge management as a pivotal mechanism. Design/methodology/approach The proposed model hypotheses were tested using Partial Least Squares (PLS) structural equation modeling (SEM) with sample of 274 valid questionnaires collected from manufacturing firms Saudi Arabia. Findings Results unveil positive relationships between orientations well along mediation these relationships. In addition, exhibit heightened strength increased levels digital transformation. Small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) face complex systemic challenges in managing digital transformation while pursuing innovation an increasingly interconnected business environment.
