Highly dispersion and small particle size Pd(0) nanoparticles were immobilized into nitrogen-containing polydentate ligand quaternary ammonium/phosphonium salt bifunctionalized polyacrylonitrile fiber to prepared a novel functionalized catalyst (PANNP/QA&PSF-Pd(0)). Some necessary instrumental analysis methods, including inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectroscopy (ICP-AES), X-ray photoelectron (XPS), Transmission Electron Microscope (TEM), etc., applied accurately characterize the microscopic physical chemical properties of PANNP/QA&PSF-Pd(0), confirming structure was in accordance with our expected design. Additionally, Heck reaction changed as classic template for evaluating catalytic activity catalyst. The result verified that PANNP/QA&PSF-Pd(0) can efficiently catalyze between different halogenated aromatic hydrocarbons terminal olefins within 6 h under dosage 0.02% solvent-free condition, isolated yields target products reach 46-99%, respectively. Furthermore, also smoothly Suzuki iodized aromatics arylboric acids, achieving satisfactory 67-99%. Moreover, be reused 8 times slight decline (isolated yield 91% 80%, respectively), average only increased from 1.94 nm 2.98 nm, verifing validly dispersed stabilized, which makes has excellent recyclability. Noteworthily, reasonable heterogeneous mechanism proposed.
