Abstract Photocatalytic technology has been widely studied, discussed, and tested as a feasible wastewater degradation technology. The present study demonstrated the preparation of g‐C 3 N 4 material using solid‐state sintering method construction Bi Ti O 12 /g‐C heterostructure via hydrothermal method. This direct contact Z‐type heterojunction improves wide bandgap monomer, enhances its photoresponsiveness, thus photocatalytic performance. During process experiments, an environment cold hot fluctuations were created, pyroelectric effect was utilized to induce self‐polarization formed internal electric field. It transport ability electron–hole pairs suppresses their recombination in path. According experiment results, efficiency synergistic photocatalysis reached 88.7%, which 2.27 times that . proves by good application prospects.
