During the production of palm oil, a significant amount waste is generated. However, because inefficient handling and utilization, these wastes are becoming larger issue. As result, one initiative to use in pavement industry as sustainable materials. there still lack understanding about wider incorporation oil asphalt its performance. This study examines existing literature on various industry, including clinker (POC), fibre (POF), kernel shell (PKS), fuel ash (POFA). this paper presents systematic review scientometric investigation related publications many uses performance from 2009 2022. The VOSviewer application was used conduct analysis. relationship between interactions detected co-authored country studies cited sources co-citation, keyword co-occurrence publication source enabled identification research gap. According review, 40%–60% POC can be fine aggregate for optimal performance, while 0–100% PKS replace coarse aggregate. In addition, 50%–80% POFA or (POCF) filler replacement, 5%–8% POCF bitumen modifier, 0.3% POF stabilizing additive. Furthermore, demonstrates that safety utilizing with more than 50% CO2 emissions curtailed minimal heavy metal leaching radioactivity levels. analysis may encourage researchers seek out gaps will aid long-term, multifaceted industry. recommends employing researching enormous potential using sectors they have better some barriers such design standards guidelines, raw material processing conversion facilities, large-scale equipment.

An ever-growing demand for depleted natural resources is one of the significant challenges facing global asphalt pavement industry in building and maintaining pavements. Because plastics are ubiquitous economy, they latest a series high-profile materials to attract attention. Their low material recovery rates environmental impact current disposal methods pose threat plastic recycling. Recycling wastes possible approach reducing pressure resources. Many studies have proposed recycling waste using dry- wet-processed technologies. This review aims comprehensively evaluate feasibility various recycled concerning properties compatibility, storage stability, microstructure, thermo-rheology, mechanical performance identify recommendations future. discusses recent developments as modifiers or additives binders mixtures dry wet processes, focusing on different from streams, how produce such modified materials, characteristics asphalt, thus contributing sustainable management production useful paving materials.
