Abstract
For
foodborne
pathogen
detection,
electrochemical
strategy

simplified
electrode
functionalization

hydroxides
Cd
particles-co-decorated
sensing
platform
(Cd-FeCoNi
LDHs)
high
electrocatalytic
activity
towards
Cu
2+
for
implementing
label-free
detection
of
Staphylococcus
aureus
(
S.
aureus)
by
converting
biosorption
event
to
detectable
signals.
The
preparation
FeCoNi
LDHs
well-defined
lamellar
structures
increased
surface
area
was
achieved
through
fine
tuning
metal
active
sites.
Further
incorporating
particles
deposition,
the
response
Cd-FeCoNi
exhibited
double-enhanced
differential
pulse
voltammetry
signal.
Concurrently,
S.
explored
possess
remarkable
adsorption
ability
due
its
abundant
carboxyl
phosphate
groups.
