Abstract
This
paper
reports
a
comparative
study
on
the
influence
of
pristine
and
oxidized
multiwalled
carbon
nanotubes
ferroelectricity
dielectric
dispersion
classical
ferroelectric
Rochelle
salt
in
range
10
−
2
−
10
7
Hz
with
an
amplitude
electric
field
strength
2
V/cm.
For
study,
phase
transition,
polarization
switching,
frequency
dependencies
permittivity
electrical
conductivity
two
composites
based
combined
each
fillers
were
considered
at
different
temperatures.
Fourier-transform
infrared
spectroscopy
was
employed
to
explore
functional
groups
salt.
The
morphologies
samples
examined
using
scanning
electron
microscopy.
It
revealed
that
form
showed
less
dispersion,
but
stronger
effect
transition
switching
than
those
ones.
At
same
time,
high
both
resulted
strong
overshadowed
contribution
Theoretical
models
will
also
be
used
analyze
experimental
data.
