Abstract
Soils
are
usually
the
interface
between
human
activity
and
environmental
components
that
must
be
conserved
protected.
As
a
result
of
rising
industrialization
urbanization,
activities
such
as
exploration
extraction
operations
lead
to
release
heavy
metals
into
environment.
This
study
presents
distribution
six
(As,
Cr,
Cu,
Ni,
Pb
Zn)
in
139
top
soil
samples
collected
around
oil
natural
gas
drilling
sites
at
sampling
density
1
site/12
km
2
.
The
results
indicated
concentration
ranged
from
0.1

was
estimated
on

Abstract
The
presence
of
heavy
metals
in
agricultural
soils
has
become
a
critical
concern
the
face
increased
environmental
scrutiny,
highlighting
relationship
between
human
and
natural
impacts
on
our
land.
This
study
focused
examining
metal
contamination
levels
including
Copper
(Cu),
Chromium
(Cr),
Cobalt
(Co),
Lead
(Pb),
Iron
(Fe),
Zinc
(Zn),
Nickel
(Ni)
Manganese
(Mn)
conducting
an
ecological
risk
assessment
Morigaon
district's
paddy
fields,
which
are
characterized
by
disturbed
soils.
Undisturbed
playground
district
were
taken
as
control.
Based
averages
all
locations
corresponding
factor
(Cf)
for
field,
it
was
found
that
soil's
Cr
(0.56
to
0.84),
Fe
(0.11
0.13),
Mn
(0.38
0.78),
Zn
(0.35
0.65)
is
low,
with
Cf

Observed

Pb
showed
moderate
throughout
seasons,
