The path to implementing successful, productive, and sustainable off-site 3D concrete printing building systems is unclear. To provide clarity, this paper aims determine targeted actions for stakeholders in the construction industry. A systematic literature review a bibliometric analysis are conducted identify driver-barriers of Off-site Construction (OSC) Concrete Printing (3DCP). Thirty-four stakeholder-linked determined divided into industry, organisational, project, system levels. findings indicate success 3DCP not exclusively dependent on performance variety required from multiple stakeholders. This provides theoretical foundation practical further research implement local industries.

Modular construction (MC) has gained attention due to its potential for fast construction, reduced waste, and lower environmental impact while having several other issues on stimulating sustainability. The circular economy (CE) focuses better resource management through a closed-loop system. Even though MC enhances sustainable practice, pitfalls barricade sustainability in (high initial investment, design consideration, technology challenges). Nevertheless, the synergy between CE not been investigated past studies address achieve This study investigates integration of principles enhance used qualitative approach via Delphi technique by conducting three semi-structured expert interview rounds with use purposive sampling method. collected data were analysed using manual content analysis. identified nine notable sustainability, all 9-R (rethink, refuse, reduce, reuse, repair, refurbish, remanufacture, recycle, recover) could those issues. Accordingly, thirty implementation strategies recognised fill gap problems solve results provide insights practitioners, policymakers, researchers integrating into processes goals. Ultimately, this highlights significance holistic theoretically combining as benchmark future studies. As contribution, strives make planet safe place live combatting depletion.

Prefabricated buildings have gained significant attention as a solution for reducing carbon footprint in the construction industry. However, there is lack of comprehensive accounting approach tailored to features prefabricated buildings. To address this issue, study develops framework account life-cycle within circular economy principles. The developed applied building Chengdu, China, revealing that attributed material production and transportation stages. Moreover, an uncertainty analysis conducted based on Data Quality Indicator evaluation method Monte Carlo Simulation validate framework, minor deviation 0.085% between uncertain calculated values validates proposed framework. Furthermore, key processes mitigate are identified. results show cast-in-place concrete process at materials level. Building upon these findings, offers recommendations accurately efficiently research findings contribute fostering buildings, establishing theoretical empirical basis implementation offering insights making informed emission reduction decisions
