Rapid urbanization has led to increasingly prominent urban heat island phenomena and social inequality. It is urgent quantify the threshold area of parks from multiple perspectives maximize cooling effect improve equity park services. Using 33 in Harbin City as research objects, four indices, i.e., intensity (PCI), distance (PCD), (PCA), efficiency (PCE), were used explore value (TVoE) size. The OD (origin-destination) matrix model was constructed assess spatial accessibility community range. Gini coefficient range accessibility. relative contribution each influencing factor indicator quantified through regression modeling. results showed that average PCI 3.27 ℃, PCD 277 m, PCA 115.35 ha, PCE 5.74. Gray space dominant for PCI, PCD, (relative contributions 100%, 31%, 19%, respectively). Park 28%). TVoE sizes based on calculated 82.37 ha 2.56 respectively. 39.2% 94.01% communities can reach ranges within 15 min walk mode transit mode, Approximately 18% neighborhood residents are experiencing severe inequities This study guide design maximizes effects, well inform city planners more equitable allocation resources.
