Tremendous effects on the global economy in terms of economic, social and environmental costs remind us catastrophic consequences climate change warming caused by CO2 emissions. Therefore, accelerating decarbonization energy system should be put place to curb large amount emission from hydrocarbon sources which current value chain production heavily relies. This study focuses analyzing renewable transition, digital economy, synergy between them green economic growth 18 Latin American countries. To capture multidimensionality these transitions, Renewable Energy Transition Index (RETI) Digital Economy (DEI) are developed using Principal Component Factor (PCF) technique. The Fixed Effect Panel Threshold Regression (FEPTR) substantiates that transition has a significant threshold effect sustainability depending level income carbon On other hand, Method Moments Quantile (MMQR) shows both have positive impact all quantile groups. For sustainability, only is found From synergistic perspectives, emissions reduction observed low middle groups, but promotion group.

Abstract Rapid industrialization and modernization have drastically impaired ecological sustainability increased footprint (EFP). Despite the vital relevance of renewable energy (REC) green technological innovation (GTI), in many facets life, part played by these factors their spatial spillover effects exploring EU countries has yet to be well studied. Thus, using a panel econometric technique, this research investigates direct GTI REC on 20 selected nations between 1995 2018. First, empirical results affirm positive connection EFP across nations, implying that employing models can provide more trustworthy than traditional approaches. Second, both tend significantly promote domestic sustainability. Third, environmental quality benefit from high GTI, REC, human capital neighboring nations. Fourth, economic growth financial globalization (FG) negative significant effect quality. Other analyses indicated indirect FG is significant. With focus countries, paper assists policymakers developing comprehensive strategy for enhancing responsibility via technology innovation.
