Al2O3-Cr2O3 refractories have excellent slag corrosion resistance and can adapt to the oxidation/reduction atmosphere in smelting reduction ironmaking furnace. Improving of chrome corundum is great significance for extending life length industrial kilns decreasing carbon emissions. In this work, influences ZrO2 content on phase evolution, microstructure, physicochemical properties, mechanical properties reinforced composite were investigated. The results show that composites are primarily composed (Al, Cr)2O3 solid solution m-ZrO2. compressive strength, flexural strength hardness be improved by adding 2.5 wt.% ZrO2. However, more will reduce its properties. This due excessive augement porosity refractories, transformation also lead formation microcracks during cooling process. It worth noting higher improves thermal shock composites, which put down microcrack toughening mechanism tests thicknesses infiltration layers significantly decreased accompanied increase. because high melting point CaZr4O9 reduces CaO alkalinity, inhibits dissolution Al2O3 into a certain extent. Therefore, corrosion/penetration obviously with increase addition.

Wastewater treatment sludge has increase due to the increasing of population and economic potential. Sludge generally contains heavy metals that could lead environmental effect as well human health. This study is focus on utilization sludges into incorporated fired clay brick. The samples were gathered from IWK in Perwira Senggarang. metal concentration wastewater was identified using X-Ray Fluorescence. Sludges bricks at various percentages: 0 %, 1 5 10 20 30 %. physical mechanical characteristics brick after being integrated with both types identified. Furthermore, leachability tested. findings reveal Barium (Ba) highest raw materials, chemical composition Silicon Dioxide (SiO2). Bricks % content exhibited optimal attributes for types. However, Senggarang better results compared sludge. In terms leachability, analysed containing up lowest leachability. Nevertheless, value complied USEPA standard. conclusion, best percentage be utilized by considering it properties also demonstrated adopting cleaner production techniques building can make a substantial contribution towards attaining Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

The Al-rich hot-dip aluminum composite coatings were synthesized on Mo surface by aluminizing under different deposition processes. aluminide present a very smooth dense coating structure with lower roughness and fine grain size, the average (RSa) values are only 0.118–0.869 μm, corresponding area growth rate (Sdr) 3.85–80.19 %. Increasing temperature is beneficial for transition of low melting point compounds to high compounds, extending hot dip time profit diffusion enrichment Al atoms surface. Besides, increasing or can also promote Al4Mo grains, thereby significantly thickness. When 750 °C, thicknesses Al8Mo3 layers increases in parabolic law time, Kp both them 3.46 × 10−13 m2/s 1.47 10−15 m2/s, respectively. depends continuous towards substrate direction, difference chemical potential between each phase main driving force growth.
