Purpose With limited empirical evidence, prior studies have proposed that green practices can be leveraged to enhance carbon neutrality. This study draws on the contingent natural resource-based view (NRBV) theorize and validate how pressure from supply chain (SC) stakeholders could amplify effect of logistics (GLPs) carbon-neutral performance (CNSCP) among firms in developing countries. Specifically, this contends high levels pressures (SCPs) (customers suppliers) influence GLPs CNSCP. Design/methodology/approach An integrated model was tested using survey data gathered 208 managers Ghana. SPSS 23 structural equation modeling were used for analyses. Purpose The study attempts to explore the effectiveness of green supply chain strategies (GSCS) and sustainable practices (SP) in achieving a circular (CSC) within business-to-business (B2B) context. further investigates moderating role innovation (GIN) on relationship between GSCS SP. Design/methodology/approach conceptual model was developed by adopting constructs from existing studies. A self-administered tool created, data were gathered (SC) specialists food, energy, tire, textile paper industries. structural equation employed test hypothesis, analyzing 243 responses obtained. Findings findings indicate an affirmative association GSCS, SP achievement CSC, with acting as partial mediator CSC. Results show that are crucial for transitioning toward SC, emphasizing resource regeneration sustainability. our sample suggest GIN significantly moderates These insights underline importance fostering CSCs B2B setting. study’s implications significant SC management, suggesting firms must integrate achieve circularity long-term viability. Originality/value This article brings forward distinctive perspective sustainability field management need implementing CSC

The study empirically examines whether increased supply chain (SC) flexibility correlates with improvements in an SC's ability to address a firm's sustainability performance (SP). In addition, we investigate how SC visibility impacts SP by way of enhancing agility the model. plays vital role operations achieve sustainability. However, there is limited understanding effects on SP. explores moderating roles and environmental uncertainty connections between visibility, agility, within research framework. We use Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) technique validate both measurement structural models. Besides, mediation analysis, moderation analysis multi-group are employed test various results indicate positive significant relationships among organisation's identified this study. Our findings show that increasing could potentially pose challenges. argue cannot always help SP, furthermore, firms high may perform worse than low terms provides valuable insight into sustainable management contingency post-COVID-19 pandemic, especially drawing attention flexibility.
