Environmental issues are a pressing concern for modern societies, and the increasing levels of atmospheric CO2 have led to global warming. To mitigate climate change, reducing carbon emissions is crucial, sequestration plays critical role in this effort. Technologies utilising can be divided into two major categories: direct use conversion chemicals energy, indirect as source plants. While plants’ ability absorb store makes them best sink, finding suitable urban areas significant green spaces challenge. Green walls promising solution, they require less land, provide more ecosystem services than horizontal systems do, contribute environmental problems. This study evaluates conceptual potentials limitations biomass circulation terms energy production, food consumption, focusing on growth-promoting bacteria, agriculture, vertical systems. The aim research discovering new methods using multi-purpose achieve sustainable development reduction strategies future.
