Fiber film have received widespread attention due to its green friendliness. We can use microorganisms degrade lignin in straw obtain cellulose and make fiber films. Herein, a group of high-temperature (50°C) degrading bacterial consortium (LDH) was enriched culture conditions for degradation were optimized. Combined with high-throughput sequencing technology, the synergistic effect LDH-composited bacteria analyzed. Then LDH used treat rice bio-pulping experiment. The results showed that degraded 32.4% by at 50°C 10 d, after optimization conditions, rate increased 9.05% (P<0.001). compose synergistically lignin. Paenibacillus encode all lignin-degrading enzymes present LDH. Preliminary tests pulping industry been completed. This study provides new microbial resources references experimental data production fibrous membranes biological methods.
