effort

environmental
issues

solid
waste,
more
than
100
cities
in
China
have
been
included
list
of
national
Zero
Waste
City
(ZWC)
construction
projects.
However,
absence
a
standardized
evaluation
method
hinders
quantitative
comparisons
among
these
cities.
To
overcome
this
challenge,
comprehensive
five-dimension
was
developed,
taking
into
account
both
indicators
and
city-specific
indicator
systems.
After

transformed
