Abstract
Green
mergers
and
acquisitions
are
an
important
means
for
heavily
polluting
enterprises
to
achieve
green
transformation.

Abstract
In
order
to
better
understand
the
impact
of
green
technology
mergers
and
acquisitions
(GTMA)
on
sustainable
development,
difference‐in‐differences
model
